Customer Response Clerk

Job Description:

Objective: To complete order entry for ADA customers through phone email and fax orders while delivering and maintaining top notch customer service
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
·        Telephone customer support
·        Learn new products and technology as new products are added
·       Customer service functions related to phone, fax, and email requests, including follow-up and assisting customers in selection of industrial control products
Qualifications:
·       2 Years Experience in electrical industry
   Must be team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to multi-task.
- Must have strong customer relations and problem solving skills

Industrial Control Sales

This role will see you working along side a range of Motion Control and Power Transmission Products as well as other engineered products. Will answer phone enquires involving : VS Drives, Electric Motors, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, and other automation devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer high volume inbound phone calls
  • Customer service functions related to phone, fax, and email requests, including:
    • order entry
    • quotes
    • tracking
    • follow-up
    • assisting customers in selection of industrial control products

This position requires industrial sales experience or equivalent experience and at least 3 years relevant experience.  

The successful applicant must possess self confidence, organizational skills, time management skills and offer a great attitude when assisting customers and the ability to balance several tasks concurrently.
Industrial Control Sales

Job Description:

Objective: To assist customers with issues pertaining to PLCs, HMIs, programming software, and other automation devices while delivering and maintaining top notch customer service.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
·        Telephone customer support

·        Will answer technical phone calls involving PLCs, HMIs, programming software, and other automation devices.
 
Qualifications:
·        Years Experience:
-   5 years experience, OR
-   Technical Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience
·        This position requires at least 5 years experience or a technical degree with a minimum of 3 years experience.
·        Ethernet networking experience required
·     Communications experience with modems and various industry networking solutions (Devicenet, Profibus, etc.) desirable
