Four models are available, small touch screens or a non-touch screen, with either standard or high-contrast backgrounds, that offer the same base features. The micro operator control panels with built-in touch capabilities expand application possibilities for only a few dollars more.

C-more Micro-Graphic panels are a new generation of operator interface graphic and text panels based on the very successful C-more touch panel design. The C-more Micro-Graphic HMI is a low cost panel with a 3.1 inch screen that displays graphics as well as text. Touch screen and non-touch screen versions are available. The low price allows customers with tight budgets to take advantage of graphic display features that are most often found in more expensive touch screen products.

Both panel versions have 5 function keys with status indicators. Key functions can be configured differently for every displayscreen and the indicator LEDs can programmed for alarms or status indication.

Two optional keypad bezels are also available that add even more capabilities to the C-more Micro-Graphic panels.

Start simple and add what you need!

C-more Micro-Graphic Programming Software offers high end features designed to reduce configuration time.
  1. Drag and drop the objects from the Object bar (right side of screen) on to the screen construction area.

  2. Configure PLC tags and assign to the objects.

  3. Use the built-in simulator to review the project on the PC before downloading to the Micro-Graphic panel.

Supply Power Choices

Save Time and Money - No Power Supply Needed (when connecting to our PLCs) Most AutomationDirect PLCs have a modular RJ12 communication port that the C-more Micro - Graphic panel can use communications and power. In this configuration, no external power is needed.

Optional Power Adapter If you are connecting to another brand of PLC, or to a non-RJ12 port on an AutomationDirect PLC, you will need one of the optional snap-on 24 VDC power adapter units. These units require an external 12 to 24 VDC power supply and convert the 12 to 24 VDC to the 5 VDC required by the Micro-Graphic panel.

Two adapter models are available:
  • 24 VDC power adapter only (EA-MG-P1)

  • 24 VDC power adapter with 15-pin D-sub RS-232/RS- 422/485 serial port used to connect to a PLC, which allows the panel’s built-in port to be free for project development (EA-MG-SP1)
NOTE: The recommended DC power supplies to power either DC Power Adapter, are the AutomationDirect Part No. PSP24-024S or PSP24-024C.
