Repair Services
Automation Direct's business model has been to deliver quality products at a practical price. Our everyday prices are typically well below our competitors list prices, so with some of our products, it is more economical to replace the item with a brand new item off the shelf.
Parts repair and remanufacture
All modules sent to Automation Direct are remanufactured by the original equipment manufacturer or their authorised representatives.
The repair centre can also update equipment to the latest hardware and firmware revisions.
Exchange services
Many remanufactured items are held in stock for exchange and can be dispatched to wherever they are required.

Due to our phenomenal growth, we meet customers who require local projects and support SIDirect has been created to extend AutomationDirect's award-winning customer service and support into the field. The SIDirect program will enable AutomationDirect to refer existing and new customers to qualified System Integrators who have expertise with AutomationDirect products and efficiently design, program, and install AutomationDirect core products (PLCs, HMIs, and drives).
